Exhibitor Application Form (Emerging Designers)

Your business must be under 2 years in trading prior to Living Crafts 2027 event dates (i.e. from 06 May 2025) to be eligible for the Emerging Designer criteria which enables up to 25% discount on selected exhibition areas. A perfect opportunity for graduates or makers starting up that need the support and exposure for their work as emerging designer-makers. Please note that proof of business trading start date will be required. Eligibility only applies once, so if you have previously exhibited as an Emerging Designer at Living Crafts, then please use the Exhibitor Application Form for Crafts or Food & Drink.

Please complete the application form as fully as possible and submit. All products must be handmade in the UK and of a high quality/standard in order to maintain the integrity of the event. Supporting photographs of your work must be included for assessment purposes. Please note that boxes marked with an * are required fields to enable submission. If any required fields are not completed, then the form will not submit.

Photography

High quality images are essential to enable us to promote your work across our marketing channels (i.e. social, digital, web, print, ads). Genuine/original/minor edited images only; AI generated images will not be suitable. Please upload a minimum of 6 images (3 product images; 2 maker images of you working at your craft; 1 stand/pitch image). File sizes should be max 1MB each in JPG or PNG formats. Please label each image with your business name in numerical order (i.e. CompanyName1; CompanyName2, etc.).

Images should be high resolution (around 300 dpi) and not subject to copyright. By sending your photos, you consent to their use in any of our promotional materials in print, digital and web. Tips: Your images should be in focus, clear, and in good light, without any distracting backgrounds. Try shots with you looking at your work and also at the camera, and remember to smile!

Exhibition Area (Hatfield Park)

Emerging Designers are eligible for up to 25% discount of selected exhibition area prices (limited spaces available). Below discounted rates** are for Emerging Designers that meet the criteria only. If you have previously exhibited as an Emerging Designer at Living Crafts, then you will not be eligble - please use the Exhibitor Application Form for Crafts or Food & Drink.

Camping (Hatfield Park)

On-site camping is available (from 10.00am Weds prior to the event to 12.00pm Mon after the event). A small fee of £40 (£10 per day) will be charged to cover some costs towards site fees and temporary camping facilities (i.e. showers, toilets, water, skip, etc.).

Deposit Payment

If your application is successful, a non-refundable deposit of £200 (+ VAT) is due within 14 days of confirmation (we will notify you via email together with our bank details). Please do not send a deposit until confirmation of your application has been accepted. The balance will be due by 1st March. All exhibition costs are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Legals & Compliance

I have read and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of entry to Living Crafts.

I agree to complete the Risk Assessment Form (to be submitted separately) or provide my own risk assessment.

I declare that all my equipment and appliances will have a current PAT certificate under regulations 4, 5 & 6 of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR) and that all test labels will be in date during the event.

I confirm that I will have a minimum of £5m Public Liability Insurance in place for and during the event. The Organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to goods, property or persons howsoever caused.
