Opening Times
Living Crafts is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm daily during event days.
Free Parking for All Visitors
The main public car park is sited on grass right next to the showground.
Accessibility
Free accessible parking is next to the entrance to the showground. The majority of the event is on cut grass and gently sloping parkland and all the exhibition areas are accessible by wheelchairs, however, please note that some of the pavilions will have a heavy duty coir matting.
There are temporary disabled toilets on the showground and permanent disabled toilets in the Old Palace Yard near the café.
Food & Drink
A range of delicious artisan food and drink are available to suit all tastes within the showground.
Parent & Baby
A parent and baby tent is available with baby changing facilities run by the Welwyn Garden City branch of the National Childbirth Trust.
Park and Gardens
Entry to Living Crafts includes access to Hatfield House's extensive gardens and parkland, beautiful woodland walks and the Elizabeth Oak (normally £17).
A guided hourly tour led by expert guides from Hatfield House of the Old Palace West Gardens, including the Knot Garden (childhood home of Queen Elizabeth I) can be added at a nominal fee (TBA).
Hatfield House

Dogs
Dogs are welcome on the showground but are not permitted in any of the Craft Pavilions or the refreshment areas, with the exception of assistance dogs. They must be kept on a lead and under control when on the showground and in the immediate vicinity of Hatfield House.
Hatfield Park is extensive with acres of accessible parkland where you can walk with your dog. Please look out for signs indicating the areas sensitive to wildlife where your dog must be on a lead.
Vehicle and pedestrian access to Living Crafts is through the main gates at Station Lodge (directly opposite Hatfield Railway Station). Once inside the grounds please follow the signs for Living Crafts.
By Road
Hatfield House can be found off the A1(M) 7 miles north of junction 23 of the M25. Exit the A1(M) at Junction 4 (after the Hatfield Tunnel if travelling from the South) and follow brown leisure signs for Hatfield House.

By Rail
The main entrance to the Park is opposite Hatfield Railway Station. Kings Cross to Hatfield takes approximately 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the station to the Living Crafts showground.
By Air
The airports at Luton, Stansted and Heathrow are all less than 40 mins away.
