Join our friendly volunteer team and help bring Living Crafts Festival to life!

 

Whether you’re passionate about crafts, enjoy meeting people or simply want to be part of something special, volunteering is a fantastic way to get involved and experience the festival from a different perspective.

You’ll be part of a welcoming team, gain valuable event experience, meet talented makers and visitors, and enjoy the lively atmosphere for a celebration of creativity and craftsmanship.

​

Volunteer Roles Include:

• Welcome hosts (welcoming makers/visitors and provide guidance)

• Ticket scanning and support (ticket entry)

• Festival set-up and breakdown + runners

• Event operations support (craft marquees)

• Customer support (festival information, assistance and guidance)

• Family activities support (children’s activities)

In return for your support, you'll receive: 

• A free Adult ticket for each day you volunteer (i.e. 2 day's volunteering = 2 Adult tickets; minimum 1 day's volunteering)

• A free lunch for each day you volunteer (meal + drink)

• A friendly and supportive team

• A fun and vibrant festival experience

• A chance to meet like-minded people and be part of the craft community

No prior experience necessary but must be professional, presentable, with good social and communication skills, and have a proactive 'can do' attitude.

​

All volunteers will receive training and pre-event briefing so you’ll feel confident and supported throughout the festival.
