Living Crafts for Christmas will take place within heated and carpeted pavilions, the Stables and the Theatre, set in the beautiful courtyards of Blenheim Palace. Festive entertainment and the aromas of roasting chestnuts and mulled wines will add to the seasonal atmosphere. There is ample free parking just a short walk from the event.
At Flagstaff you will be inspired by outdoor demonstrations featuring blacksmithing, greenwood furniture making and stone carving. In the pavilions the choice is endless, select presents from the wide range of highest quality, contemporary British craft including teddy bears, knitwear, textiles, photography, silversmithing, enamelling, millinery, leatherwork, art, puzzles, pewter, and so many more…
‘Tastes of Christmas’ in the West Courtyard will be hosting specialist food and drink producers. Try handmade chocolates, Christmas cakes, waxed Cheddar truckles, pies, oils, marinades of the season, connoisseur chutneys and preserves while embracing the festive spirit with Christmas liqueurs, mulling syrups and fruit gins.
Take a break and relax in the Water Terrace Café, the new Oxfordshire Pantry, specialising in delicious local produce or treat yourself to Afternoon Tea, not forgetting the Champagne Bar. Don’t miss a stroll around the lake and enjoy the spectacular ‘Capability’ Brown parkland, the Water Terraces and the Grand Cascades or take the miniature train to The Pleasure Gardens.
Special tickets are also available, both in advance and on the day, which combine a visit to Living Crafts for Christmas and Blenheim Palace itself.
We look forward to welcoming you to Britain’s Greatest Palace.
