Rangemaster Cookery Theatre 
Heading the fabulous food side of the show is the Rangemaster Cookery Theatre, where our talented top chefs will share with you some of their favourite summer recipes. You can find details about our chefs on the Cookery Theatre page.
Chocolate Heaven Demonstrations 
 Established in 2005 by Anne and Ian Scott, in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire and also now in Littlewick Green, Berkshire, Auberge du Chocolat have rapidly established a significant presence in the premium chocolate community with their prize-winning (Academy of Chocolate and Great Taste Awards) chocolates and bars.
Auberge du Chocolat will be demonstrating the art of ganache (truffles) making, along with crystallised and dipped fruits, all put together in a box or bowl made entirely of chocolate!
Food Pavilions 
Take a tour through the food pavilions packed with tastes and flavours. Try before you buy from a wide variety of food products from across the UK. Delicious cheese, wines, dips, oils, jams, teas and many more.
The Kitchen Academy 
 The very popular Kitchen Academy returns for 2010, along with Jethro and his dedicated team of experts that make cooking for kids fun as well as educational. Using healthy ingredients and simple recipes, children can enjoy a masterclass in cookery, complete with chefs hats and aprons.
Another feature this year is the Kitchen Academy's Giant Human Fruit Machine - pull the handle and if you get three matching fruits in a row, you win a healthy prize.
Weber Barbecue Demonstrations 
 Weber's team of expert barbecuers will be on hand to show you that there is much more to barbecuing than burnt burgers and blackened sausages! With Weber barbecues you cook with the lid on, and with a few simple techniques you can set up your barbecue to grill or roast food perfectly. The roasting technique allows you to cook everything from whole chickens to chocolate brownies, and the grilling method can be used for chicken skewers or even pizzas. Weber Barbecue demonstrations will be held throughout the weekend, so come along to try something a little different and find out the secrets of summer outdoor cooking.
Wine Tasting 
 Monty Phillips The Wine Tipster has over twenty years' experience in the wine industry. His informative, fun and lively style will keep you entertained. Monty's wine seminars will include useful wine tips and will feature 'wines for The World Cup', 'wines for barbecues' and 'how to match wine and cheese’. So, come and meet Monty The Wine Tipster at the show.
