Art, Design & A Taste of Summer is delighted to announce we have a brand new theatre for 2010. The stunning Rangemaster Cookery Theatre will be bursting with flavours from a collection of superb, award winning chefs and is included as part of your day out. Timed sessions will take place throughout the day where each chef will share the secrets of his favourite recipe.
Our team of Chefs:
Billy Bush, Executive Head Chef for Blenheim Palace Hospitality returns to Art, Design & A Taste of Summer in 2010. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from the Hospitality industry with over 20 years experience. Leading a team of talented chefs at Blenheim Palace he is focused on sourcing the highest quality of ingredients, from regional suppliers as well as providing innovative and fresh ideas in all of Blenheim's dishes.

Adrian Court, also returning in 2010, is Head Chef at Macdonald Bear Hotel in Woodstock with 23 years experience in hospitality, nine of which are with the Macdonald Hotels Group. Adrian sources the best ingredients such as fresh local vegetables, outdoor pork from Norfolk, 21 days aged beef and wild fish. He designs his menus around seasonality. Adrian has led the team for the 4th year in achieving 2 AA rosettes for The Bear.

We would like to welcome Alan Coxon who has established a reputation as one of the world’s favourite TV chefs and presenters, with exceptional culinary talent and an unparalleled knowledge for the earliest origins of world cuisine. His dishes have the rare quality of being both stunning, yet easy to recreate at home.
With three exciting cookbooks, a new range of historic vinaigres, Pickles, Chutneys , Crisps and spices, along with numerous radio, magazine and live appearances also to his name, Alan has cemented his place among cookery’s broadcasting elite.

Marc Hardiman, joined The Feathers Hotel, Woodstock, in May 2009, having previously worked at Fishmore Hall in Ludlow and at The Greenway Hotel in Cheltenham, both of which are AA two rosette properties. His previous experience includes a year as senior sous chef at the Michelin-starred Charlton House Hotel in Shepton Mallet, where he was runner- up in the Gordon Ramsey Scholarship. Marc is passionate about using and sourcing the best local produce.
 We are delighted to welcome back David Kelman who has taken up a new role as Head Chef at the Wyck Hill House Hotel & Spa (part of the Bespoke Hotel Group) which has just opened in Stow-on-the-Wold. David, who cooked for Prince Charles and the Queen in 2008 is also a member of the Welsh national Culinary Team. In his new role, David will head up The Wyck Hill fine dining restaurant - his style a modern take on classic British cuisine.
